Ocean Rock Audio — Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your gear to you fast. Most in-stock orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time (Mon–Fri) ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.


Order Processing & Cutoff Times

  • Same-Day Shipping: Most in-stock orders placed by 1:00 PM ET ship the same business day.
  • Processing Window: Orders may require 1-3 business days for verification/fraud prevention.
  • Weekends & Holidays: No shipping or delivery on major U.S. holidays or weekends unless specified by the carrier.
  • Pre-Orders/Backorders: Ship as soon as inventory arrives. We’ll email updates with estimated ship dates.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Available options are shown at checkout based on your address and cart contents. Typical transit estimates:

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and exclude processing time and unforeseen delays (weather, carrier disruptions, etc.).

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.
  • Any promotional “free shipping” applies to the original outbound shipment only. If an order is returned, the actual outbound shipping cost is non-refundable and may be deducted from refunds (see Return Policy).

Order Changes & Address Corrections

  • Need to update or cancel? Email team@oceanrockaudio.com immediately. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is submitted.
  • Incorrect/insufficient addresses may incur carrier correction/redirect fees. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship to a corrected address after payment of reship charges.

Delivery, Signature & High-Value Orders

  • Some shipments may require a signature at delivery for fraud prevention and insurance purposes.
  • Please inspect packages upon delivery. Report shipping damage within 3 calendar days of delivery.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO & International

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO may be supported on select services; options will appear at checkout if available.
  • International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please notify us within 36 hours so we can start a trace with the carrier.
  • First, check around the delivery area, with neighbors, your building manager/office, and any alternate drop locations.

Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple boxes or from different warehouses. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
