How to Return an Item
- Email us first at team@oceanrockaudio.com for RMA authorization. You may also call us at 754-330-1730
- Prepare your package: Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Affix the provided return label.
- Ship your package: Drop off at the designated carrier. Unauthorized packages may be refused or disposed of.
- You must contact us at team@oceanrockaudio.com FIRST to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back.
- Any items returned without prior authorization may be refused delivery or disposed of with no refund.
- If we receive a package without identifying customer details, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot identify the sender, no refund will be issued.
- All products are tracked by serial number. Items not originally sold by Ocean Rock Audio, or those with mismatched/altered serial numbers, will be disposed of without return or refund.
- Original outbound shipping charges to you of "free shipping" will be deducted from your return. We will let you know of these charges when processing you contact us for an RMA.
At Ocean Rock Audio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we make returns and warranty support simple — provided you follow the RMA process above.
30-Day Return Policy
- Return any complete, new item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, parts, and accessories.
- Restocking Fee: If items show signs of use, installation, or damage, we reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee.
- Excessively damaged items will be rejected and returned at your expense.
- Shipping Costs: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order shipped under a “free shipping” promotion, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
365-Day Manufacturer Warranty
All Ocean Rock Audio products include a 365-day (one-year) manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Coverage includes repair or replacement of defective products (terms vary by product).
- Warranty service may be provided by Ocean Rock Audio and/or the product’s manufacturer.
- Contact team@oceanrockaudio.com before sending any item for warranty evaluation.
Easy Return Shipping
- Request Authorization: Contact us for RMA approval. You’ll receive instructions and a discounted return label (where available).
- Pack Securely: Place the RMA inside the box. Items must be packaged to prevent damage.
- Ship It Back: Affix the return label and drop off at any carrier location. We’ll email you once your return is received and processed.
Important Details & Exclusions
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Non-refundable items: pre-cut wire/cable, software/downloads/digital content, installation labor, custom orders, and products marked “non-refundable.”
- Products must show no signs of use or installation (e.g., scratches, mounting marks, missing packaging, altered serial numbers).
- Returned items missing packaging/accessories may be refused or charged a restocking fee.
- Bundles & promos: Bonus items not returned with the product will have their value deducted from the refund.
Defective Products
- Within 30 days: defective items are exchanged for the same product (if available).
- If unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
- After 30 days: defects are covered under the 365-day warranty.
Damaged Deliveries & Missing Packages
- Shipping damage: Report within 3 days of delivery.
- Missing package: If tracking shows delivered but not received, contact us within 36 hours.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. Discounted labels may be available for U.S. customers, we will let you know at the time of your first contact with us.
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable (including free shipping promotions).
- International and non-contiguous U.S. customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility.
Processing Time & Notifications
- Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt (longer if inspection/testing is required).
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received and again once it’s processed.
Reminder: Always email team@oceanrockaudio.com for an RMA before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused, disposed of, or result in no refund.
